Applications Of Integrated Management System In Project Management

In the future, in the process of project management, project quality, project operation environment and occupational health and safety engineers with international standards will be an inevitable trend. But at present, there is a large gap between the lack of standardization in the field of engineering in our country and the international standard. In the current market situation, the competition in construction is becoming serious and the single factor comprehensive competition no longer exists. As a result, the quality factors, environmental factors, occupational health factors are incorporated into bidding within the scope of the review of the audit. Project construction process, how to ensure the quality to meet the requirements under the premise of protecting the environment, reducing harm of workers, have become increasingly important in the field of construction. Therefore, implementation of ISO 9000 (quality management system), ISO 9001 (quality management system), ISO 14001 (environmental management system) and OHSAS 18001 (the occupational health and safety management system) and other international standards becomes an inevitable choice of engineering company.Based on the ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and so on, through the in-depth analysis of integrated management system research status at home and abroad, combined with the author experiences found during the dozens of years of relevant working experience, the application of integrated management system certification in project management is discussed.This article first introduces the Damien system theory, system theory, process theory and other basic methods of integrated management system. On this basis, the paper elaborates the content, characteristics, function and value of integrated management system, so that it can solid the foundation of research expansion. Secondly, this paper analyzes the status and problems of the application of integrated management system in project management. Again, through the three parts of integrated management system principles, steps and notice in project management, this paper builds a personalized, guided integrated management system. Finally, through case analysis, this paper validates the effectiveness of the integrated management system in the project management.
