Then thecomprehensive evaluation of green construction management of project is drawn byfuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the level of green construction management in Wuzhang220kV substation is excellent, therefore the feasibility of the evaluation system isvalidated. At the same time, analyzed by the evaluation index and expert scoring, thegreen construction organization management and green construction planningmanagement are very important for green construction management. The both belongto the pre-construction preparation work of green construction management, includingthe establishment of green construction leading group, establishment of managementsystems and the development of management systems and objectives, establishmentof conservation measures, such as cost-saving measures, materials and energy.
