| Since the 20th century,the construction industry has been developing by leaps and bounds.In 2014,China’s construction industry has become the pillar industry of the national economy.It is estimated that the new construction area will be about 30 billion square meters by 2020.The rapid urbanization will consume a large amount Of the resources and energy to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry is particularly important.This paper firstly constructs the main framework of green construction management and studies the related theories in more detail.Secondly,The fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the index of green construction of Huaxia Xinyuan residential project in BX City.The technical measures,management methods,field experience and evaluation methods included in the green construction are introduced in detail.Finally,the effective measures are put forward to promote the green construction management in our country.This method is based on the green construction in the process of taking specific technical measures and summed up targeted management methods.The purpose of this paper is to promote the development process of engineering green construction in our country effectively.It reduces the waste of resources and the destruction of environment in the construction engineering.At the same time,in the process of solving environmental protection in our country,the construction must follow the guidance suggestion which is put forward under the green construction.which has important reference value for promoting the green construction work in our country and also has certain construction significance for realizing the sustainable development of construction industry.It has an important reference value for promoting various tasks of green construction in our country and also has certain construction significance for realizing the sustainable development of construction industry. |
