The energy crisis is a major focus in today's world.Humans are already aware of the important role of energy development in future global governance and are driving people to seek sustainable energy use.The goal of the smart green grid const ruction proposed by China Southern Power Grid Corporation is to use modern computer and communication technology to build a 3C green power grid that can cover urban and rural areas through control integration.Among them,the construction and application of green substation will tap the potential of energy saving,land saving,water saving and material saving in substation,follow the footsteps of conservation-oriented society,and realize the unification of economic,social and environmental benefits.Based on the research results of green substation construction at home and abroad,this paper studies the green design and construction management of green substation through my work platform through a large number of personal engineering experience and engineering materials.The paper mainly introduces the Huizhou 110 kV Shuguang Substation Project as an example,introduces the current status of the project,and conducts research and research on the feasibility of the project.It discusses the necessity of the substation construction,and proposes the great significance of the construction of green substation from the external environment and its own needs.Then,by introducing the site area overview,hydrometeorological conditions and other problems of the Shuguang station project,the unique site of the Shuguang station is demonstrated from the principle of substation site selection and the planned system plan based on this site to obtain the optimal solution.According to the characteristics of power grid engineering,the specific measures for green design and construction management of substation are proposed.The design and construction of Shuguang Station are explained in detail from three main aspects of power system primary,secondary and substation civil construction.The construction of Shuguang Station is elaborated.Finally,the green indicator analysis,application and evaluation of Shuguang Substation were carried out,and the green evaluation of Shuguang Station was carried out from three aspects: environmental impact,asset life cycle and four sections and one environmental protection,which met the requirements of the second-level green substation evaluation.The promotion of substation project construction provides theoretical basis and practical guidance.The project construction in this paper not only effectively alleviates the load increase in the power supply area,guarantees the electricity demand of new enterprises in the power supply area,and improves the power supply reliability and operat ion economy of the area,and provides reference and reference for the construction of green substation in the future.
