After the epidemic,China’s economy has recovered strongly,and economic recovery is inseparable from a stable and efficient power supply system.As the scale of my country’s power supply system increases year by year,the consumption of renewable resources and the damage to the surrounding environment by power projects have increased.Therefore,in response to the country’s call for green and sustainable development,green construction will be promoted in power projects.The combination of green construction and power engineering projects is the future development trend.The paper chooses to combine green construction with substation engineering in electric power engineering,and explores how to apply green construction technology in substation construction and the establishment of a green construction evaluation system for substations is the key to the research of the paper.However,at present,green construction is applied to substation engineering.Project research is extremely scarce,and there is no scientific and effective green construction evaluation system for substation engineering,and it is impossible to measure whether the substation engineering is developing in the direction of green,safety,environmental protection,low carbon,and sustainability.Therefore,the paper focuses on the implementation of green power engineering substation projects.The following studies are carried out for construction evaluation:The paper firstly reviewed the relevant domestic and foreign literature and the latest scientific research journals in the early stage,and sorted out the construction characteristics of the power engineering substation project,the characteristics of green construction,and the processes and links that are prone to excessive energy consumption and environmental pollution during the life cycle of the substation project.,On this basis,study the impact and changes brought about by applying green construction technology to substation projects.By consulting related green substation literature and the latest scientific research journals,research on the technical specifications and characteristics of substation project construction,the selection of green construction evaluation indicators,the application of green construction evaluation standards and related models.Through interviews with project managers and relevant industry experts,a scientific and effective evaluation index system for green construction of substation projects has been established from four aspects: project construction management,resource use,ecological and environmental protection,and construction technology.There are 32 indicators in total,which are qualitative.There are 18 indicators and 14 quantitative indicators to make the paper conform to the writing principle of combining qualitative and quantitative aspects.On this basis,the indicators are quantitatively calculated.Secondly,by consulting the literature and related materials to master the relevant evaluation methods,and by comparing the pros and cons of various evaluation methods,this paper combines matter-element theory with fuzzy analysis,and then establishes a matter-element fuzzy model for the green construction of substation engineering.The advantages of the model make It can make a lot of ambiguous multi-factor problems.The model conforms to the characteristics of the technical indicators of substation engineering.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to quantitatively calculate the weight of each indicator.Finally,the established model was applied to the Chaoyang T-connected glass substation project for green construction evaluation.The evaluation results show that the application of the green construction matter-element fuzzy model to the substation project is scientific and effective,and it can also reflect the shortcomings in the green construction of the substation,and it will be a green,safe,environmentally friendly,low-carbon and sustainable development of the substation project in the future.It is instructive.
