With the economic development of our country entering the new normal,the continuous promotion of the new urbanization and the living standard of the people is improving day by day,and the demand for housing is getting higher and higher.As an important material production sector,the construction industry has a huge consumption of resources and energy,and also has a heavy impact on the environment.It is one of the industries that need to be transformed to green development at this stage.The construction process is not only an important stage of building generation,but also a centralized stage of resource and energy exchange directly with the external environment,so the implementation of green construction is the inevitable trend of the construction industry in the future.At present,the green grade certification of buildings at home and abroad is relatively mature,but the research on green color in the construction stage is still in its infancy,the evaluation system and method are not perfect,it is difficult to comprehensively measure the green degree of construction,and it is difficult to grasp the main problems affecting green color in the construction process.Therefore,on the basis of the research of green construction,this paper focuses on the evaluation of green degree of construction.The main work of this paper is to define the connotation of construction green degree according to literature analysis and related theoretical research,and then construct the evaluation index system of construction green degree.After giving weight to the index,the evaluation model based on the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established.Finally,the actual case is used to simulate the evaluation.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the connotation of construction green degree is redefined.Under the premise of meeting the basic requirements and special functions of building quality and safety,the green degree of construction project is a comprehensive reflection of the green level of the construction process of a project.(2)from the three theoretical points of view of "four sections and one environmental protection concept","construction green degree" and "PSR theory",an evaluation index system is constructed,which includes three first-level indexes,13 second-level indexes and 35 third-level indexes,including resource and energy utilization,environmental impact and integrated management.According to the relevant standard norms and research results,the evaluation criteria of the index are determined.(3)through comprehensive comparison,it is determined that the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method and the entropy weight method are used to give the index weights by the coupling method of additive synthesis,which can avoid the separation of weights brought by a single weight,and make the results more scientific and reasonable.The improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the green degree of construction engineering.On the basis of evaluating the green degree of construction,the implementation effect of each index can be further obtained.(4)taking the CT century urban housing project as an example,the combined score was 85.280,the evaluation results are "medium green",which is basically in line with the actual situation.It is proved that the comprehensive evaluation model of construction green degree established in this paper is feasible to evaluate practical problems.
