This dissertation studies the green construction,fused the green construction evaluation and the demonstration of green construction evaluation,putting forward the green construction evaluation study based on whole construction process.The construction expend most of all resources we own,also manufactured too much pollution to the world.In order to boost the stratagem of continuable development,to develop the study about green buildings and green construction practices,to practise the green construction in the whole process,to compose the technology of green construction,the management of green construction and the national policy about green construction,to establish one efficacious study system will be helpful to urge the company to behave the green construction in the whole process,and be helpful to make a scientific and reasonable evaluation about the construction.This paper researched the two evaluation systems about green construction and the demonstration green construction,and consult the status of the green construction,then established a new system which is roundly,efficient,scientific and reasonably.that offered an effective method for developing the green construction.the paper not only pay attention to the impersonality and also the science,investigated many experts worked for the land agents,the engineering monitors, the builders and the professional monitors,to make certain the factors which can influence the aftermath of the green construction.To confirm the inverse proportion with the method that mark every factor by the experts,to evaluate the grassy of the item about three aspects,they are management,quantitative impact and the innovation of technology about green construction.It afford a better measure for the popularization of the green construction.This paper fused the the evaluation of green construction and the demonstration of green construction together,evaluate the item from three parts which aremanagement,the innovation of technology and the quantitative sequent,and take the quantitative sequent as the most important criterion.Which was evaluated as a demonstration of green construction,it should make best not only in management but also in quantitative sequent and the innovation.That afford a good reference to popularize the green construction and useful to actualize the green policy in the arm.
