The world's growing population pressure and the outbreak of the energy crisis has seriously constrained the sustainable development of China's economy.The construction industry,as a pillar industry of China's economic development,has brought a lot of energy consumption while promoting the development of the national economy And environmental pollution.The construction stage is an important part of the whole life cycle of the construction project.The waste of natural resources and the destruction of the ecological environment are especially serious.The cold areas in the northwest plateau are subject to special geographical environment and belong to the high energy consumption,high pollution and high cost " Three high " construction area.Therefore,the promotion of green construction concept,to take green construction measures to explore the green construction management model,to achieve the northwest plateau cold area construction industry healthy and sustainable development.Based on the systematic analysis of the definitions,measures and development status of green construction in existing construction projects,the paper firstly completes the definition of green construction,and at the same time evaluates the current green construction evaluation contents of construction projects("four environmental protection" and construction management)Secondly,the dissertation systematically introduces the existing green construction evaluation system at home and abroad and in different regions,analyzes and sums up the shortcomings of the present green building evaluation system in our country,and puts forward that the green construction should be established in the cold area of??Northwest Plateau of China.Finally,the paper takes the construction projects in the cold region of Northwest Plateau of our country as the research object,and combines the existing green construction evaluation system both at home and abroad to collect the influencing factors of green construction with strong representativeness and extensive coverage.Green construction measures,from "material and material resources utilization","water and water resources utilization","energy saving and energy utilization","land and land resources utilization","environmental protection","construction management" A indicator to start building northwest plateau cold building construction green construction Evaluation system,using AHP method to determine the weight of indicators,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected as evaluation model to evaluate the green construction grade of Building39 in Xinkin Binhe Garden,Xining.By comparing the evaluation results with the green construction measures taken in the project implementation process,The conclusion is that the green construction of the project in the northwest plateau is feasible and feasible.To a certain extent,promoted the development of the construction industry in the cold region of NorthwestPlateau of our country and comprehensively improved the social,economic and ecological benefits.
