In modern society, people’s material and cultural needs is growing colorful. A variety of shopping venues come and go. Various shopping supermarket with complete items, purchasing convenience and improve the function became indispensable in people’s daily life places. Shopping supermarket items is numerous, including some combustible flammable. Unscientific supermarket spatial structure, defects of the fire design, personnel so easy to accumulate in interior space and a number of factors become the underlying factors causing the fire danger consequences of the supermarket building fire. This greatly threaten people’s lives and property safety.In this paper, select large shopping supermarket category for the study. Collect date of over years supermarket fire for extracting field data and accessing statistical regularities of the development of fire. All of this is historical reference for articles study.The author visited a number of large supermarkets in different locations across the country, collecting information, and selecting a large supermarket with typical characteristics as the object for specific analysis. Establish a scientific numerical model of the physical according to the import and export of supermarket layout, the setting of fire facilities, display cases of shelves inside the supermarket and the classification of goods. Default number of different conditions of the fire scene in the model constructed.,using field simulation software FDS to calculate and analysis the scene. Simulation results supermarket fire spread rule. Analysis and investigate the change law of the key momentfire leading to the death or injury to the person (including the height of smoke, fire environment temperature, environment visibility, and toxic gases burn dangerous concentrations) at the time and space. The time when any parameter harm to the life and health of persons in the building is the point time of the parameter injuring the persons in the construction. This minimum point time is the effective safety evacuation time RSET of the people in the process of escape.At the same time, making a example simulation of the large supermarket evacuation. Using FDS+EVAC method to simulation the evacuation process in each scenario at the large supermarket. Analyzing whether the person can escape sucessfuly in the available safe egress time at the different fire scene. Evaluating evacuation performance of the supermarket building at various specific conditions during fire periodFinally, Maked a summary and prospected from the results of the smoke simulation and the evacuation simulation in oushang supermarket. Providing certain theoretical guidance for the design of performance-based fire in similar supermarket building in the future.
