Vending industry is entering a period of vigorous development,network technology,especially mobile payment technology breakthrough development is to further promote the development of the vending industry.But at present China's common vending machine can cover the types of goods is still very limited,and used to modern urban life of the people on the form of automatic sales and content also have a higher demand.Based on the actual situation of the vending industry,this paper puts forward a new model of unmanned miniature supermarket which can meet the sales of goods in a wider range.Through the market research and demand analysis of unmanned mini-supermarkets,this paper defines the overall design scheme of unmanned mini-supermarkets,and divides it into automatic pickers for larger commodities,vertical cylinders vending machines for smaller,the new grid facility cabinet as a supplement,the new vending machines for the general merchandise.Take innovative design of the vertical cylinder vending machine,the double cabinet door of new grid facility cabinet,double deep retractable fork institutions of the automatic picking machine and cargo platform agencies of new vending machine.And take the design,selection and calculation of the main components.In order to verify the rationality of the layout and the reliability and safety of the design scheme,the 3D components of the unmanned miniature supermarket are modeled and the virtual assembly is completed,and the key parts are deformed and checked.At the same time this paper completing the control system design of the unmanned mini-supermarket control system and friendly human-computer interface design.
