| The construction business of our country is in a stage of rapid development，as aproduct of the tendency，BIM has been given new missions continually. In recentyears, with the development of computer hardware, the software relating to BIMtechnology is also improving gradually. As a product of the development of BIM,3DBuilding Information Modeling has outstanding advantages in the aspect ofcollaborative work. Therefore, the using of BIM technology has become an effectiveway to improve the competitiveness of the construction business of our country.This article is basing on the research of supermarket chains and then analyzes thecharacteristics of various professional project and the problems. And then base on theCarrefour of Shanghai Qingpu to analyze the advantage of the supermarket chainswhich use the BIM technology by the software of Revit and Navisworks.The author points out the shortcomings of this study in the section of conclusionand outlook of this paper. And then provides a direction for the following research. |
