| As a large capacity, low accident rate, running fast, low cost transportation way, the highway construction is the inevitable outcome of the social development. At the same time, its construction technical level has become the sign of a country’s economic modernization level. Highway construction as a basis construction projects, it has all the characteristics of a project:firstly, have a clear target; Secondly, as a one-time project, have a determining starting point,end point and life cycle; Thirdly, be different as the implementing conditions environment different; Fourthly, be limited by various resources; Fifthly, have an irreversible result.The research contents are as follows:Firstly, we studied the situation of an expressway project. Including its geographical position’s topography and geomorphology, and its geological conditions,climate conditions and main construction goal, etc. Secondly, we analyzed the set up steps of the project schedule, the project schedule formulation method, the effect of individual behavior on the project schedule seting and possible problems of the project schedule. Thirdly, we analyzed the application of flexible management mechanism. Explaning the details of the features of flexible management, main function, implementing methods and application roles. Fourth, through the analysis of the risk of project schedule management rigidity, we introduce the flexible schedule management and flexible critical chain technology for the expressway construction project. Fifthly, through the effect evaluation the the traditional management methods and the flexible critical chain method, the improving direction of the expressway schedule management is given.In this paper, we study the schedule management of highway project, the research have important theoretical and realistic significance in improving our country’s highway construction management level, and the study can ensure that highway construction projects to be finished in the stipulated time with the contract quality, and it’s important for promoting our country’s economy level,etc. |
