The power supply project construction has the characteristics of large investment,long construction period and too many coordination parties.There are different influences such as design factors,organizational management,construction coordination,material supply and cost control.At the beginning of the project,if the schedule of the project is not systematically combed,analyzed or draw up the preventive measures,it will easily lead to the stagnation of the project,the delay of the project completion,and even the failure of the project.The construction and production target of the whole project will be affected.This paper introduces the construction schedule planning and optimization measures of the power supply project,analyzes the problems of the project schedule planning management,and finds out the key path of the schedule plan management.Provide project managers with control measures and management advices for project schedule management.First,This paper introduces the background and significance of this research and the current research situation at home and abroad.Subsequently,the project schedule management and other related theories are introduced.Taking the power supply project of Huaneng Caofeidian coal wharf project as an example.From the aspects of project implementation procedure,project organization and management,material supply plan and site management,analyze the general situation of power supply project management.This paper analyzes some problems in project schedule management,such as the lag of progress and the advance of progress,and deeply researches the potential causes of the superficial problems.Third,according to the basic situation of the power supply project,the WBS decomposition of the power supply project is carried out,by using the PROJECT software to compile the project schedule and carry out the management research.According to the characteristics of the project,the project schedule is optimized by using the limited resources and the shortest project duration,and the optimization results are analyzed.Finally,from theoretical and practical aspects,this paper systematically analyzes the tasks and measures of power supply project planning management,and gives practical suggestions for project managers.It is pointed out that there are many factors affact the project progress,and the adjustment of the project schedule should be a rolling management,timely adjustment,running through the whole life cycle of the project.
