Under the impetus of the national economic develop strategy, traditional construction projects cannot meet the requirement of Binhai New Area, instead, a lot of deep foundation, large span, high-rise projects has been launched. With the promoting of science and technology of the construction technology, innovative construction techniques and new building materials with more advantages is widely used in the construction of the Tianjin Binhai New Area, as a result, the difficulties and risk of these projects have been greatly improved. Quality problems caused by engineering become the focus of the society, and one the main problems engineers concerned about.In this paper, based on construction project, quality control theory, process, method and application of elements implements in every link of the project, to specific analysis in project construction process quality control plan. From the aspects of construction management, construction process control and project quality control, this paper reveals the entire project quality standards and quality control plan, project quality control, dynamic monitoring project quality accident treatment process and quality deviation analysis method, key carries on the analysis from the aspects of construction management, construction design control, material control the construction design control, material control the construction technology and control, especially on how to handle the relationship between the schedule, quality and cost three scientifically and rationally, to arrange time and process improvement with the construction technique of the construction are discussed, put forward to strengthen and improve the quality management level of the project measures.
