Research On Quality Management Of A6 Building Reconstruction Project In K Village Of Weihai City

With the trend of urbanization and centralization in our country,the social living standard is also further improved.People’s requirements for housing quality are more and more reasonable and refined.The construction and improvement of living conditions has become an important part of the livelihood projects of local municipal governments.Among them,the old village reconstruction project,because of its rapid and concentrated improvement of a large number of residents’ living conditions and happiness index,but because of the quality problems of the reconstruction buildings,it often brings negative public opinion.Therefore,experts and scholars in various aspects of project management are actively discussing how to improve the housing quality of old village reconstruction.Therefore,to explore the quality supervision and management methods of rural shantytowns transformation project has very important scientific theoretical value and practical significance.This paper selects the A6 building reconstruction project of K village in Weihai City as the main research object.This paper first introduces the basic situation of the project,and briefly introduces the construction unit,construction unit and establishment unit.Through 4M1 E method combined with questionnaire,it discusses the influence of the main participants,materials and equipment,construction technology,construction environment and other factors on the project quality in the construction preparation stage,construction stage and completion acceptance stage,Combined with the actual situation and construction requirements of the project,the project quality management system of the old village reconstruction project of K village in Weihai City is designed from the four dimensions of determining quality objectives,preparing quality plans,implementing quality control and making quality assurance.The purpose of this paper is to make the old village reconstruction project of K village in Weihai City pass the acceptance with high standards,improve the construction quality standards,and provide comfortable,safe and reliable living environment for the residents of K village.And through this quality management practice,it provides excellent cases and practical guidance for the old village reconstruction project in other areas of Weihai City.
