Study On HF Project Quality Management Of Research & Development

With the rapid development of China's automotive industry,it also promotes the rapid development of auto parts enterprises.The competition of major automobile manufacturers in China's automobile market is becoming more and more fierce.In order to gain more profits,major automobile manufacturers continue to put new models into the Chinese market.Vehicle navigation assembly is also developing in the direction of low cost,high performance and new technology integration.It has become the goal of the auto parts enterprise which how to develop high-quality and low-cost products in a relatively short time according to shorten the development cycle of auto parts.This thesis takes the quality management of QL company auto parts R&D project as the research object,mainly uses the theory and method of project quality management,comprehensively analyses the current situation and causes of quality management problems of QL auto parts R&D project,and on this basis puts forward the improvement plan of quality management of HF project.Starting from improving the management model of project quality management,this thesis analyses the project quality management.The problems of repeated quality problems of R&D products,insufficient process capability,incorrect problem solving methods and insufficient quality control of suppliers are analyzed.Through this research,the optimum scheme of project quality management is obtained.Through improving the quality gated review at all stages of the project,improving the failure mode and effect analysis and control plan,applying the initial flow management method,implementing the 8D problem solving method,improving the supplier quality management system,verifying the quality management of H R&D project,providing the development of other products of QL Company.The theoretical guidance and practical experience can be used for reference to promote the automotive parts industry to improve the level of project quality management.
