Quality Management Of IMAX Giant Screen Theater Constuction Project

Through the theoretical foundation of comprehensive quality management, combined with the IMAX cinema construction for the design, construction requirements, through comparing current existing national design and quality specification, find the difference between IMAX cinema and conventional cinema construction characteristics in quality, combined with the analysis and the elaboration to actual engineering construction quality problems, carried on the analysis to the existing quality management system, to find out the quality problems existing in the project from the aspects of organization, design and construction, and seek for the corresponding solutions and countermeasures, thus forming a unique IMAX cinema construction project quality management system, and puts forward the measures to guarantee the effective operation of the quality system.In this paper, using the causal analysis method in quality management to analyze the current situation and problems of the current quality of theater in the construction process, according to the characteristics of IMAX giant screen cinema construction, study how to set up quality control spots in theater design, construction process, and proposes targeted solutions and quality management strategy, at the same time by using the method of mass circulation to improve process of construction project quality management level.Quality management as a key part of the IMAX theater in construction project, only the construction of the theatre itself construction quality can meet the requirement of IMAX, in order to ensure the projection system, sound of the whole system are installed correctly and operated smoothly, that will give audience the most ideal view effect, so as to ensure the IMAX brand and continue its leading and the competitiveness in this market.
