Study On The Scientific And Technological Value Of The Industrial Heritage And Its Implementation

Industrial heritage is a particular cultural heritage which records history of industrial civilization, and writes a glorious page in the human being science-technology development. It has significant impelling action on the progress of current science and technology, which are admitted. Nowadays, the protection and utilization of industrial heritage is interested by many researchers, and more study results are presented about industrial heritage value. However, the study in the view of philosophy of science and technology, especially STS (science, technology and society) is still to be perfected. Mainly, the studies on scientific-technological value and its working mechanism in the horizon of scientific-technological communication are carried out in this thesis.Mainly, the following research contents are carried out in this thesis. Chapter one is the introduction, the research thought, research approach and innovations of this thesis are mainly presented. Chapter two, the related concepts, especially industrial heritage connotation and science-technology communication theory are summarized. Chapter three, the value of science and technology of industrial heritage is analyzed, and the following contents are explained in details:the science-technology value connotation of industrial heritage, the science-technology value of industrial heritage itself, and the science-technology value created in the protection and utilization process. Chapter four, science-technology value and realization mechanism of industrial heritage is studied, and the science-technology value is discussed in5W mode of science and technology communication. Chapter five, the problems and countermeasures existing in the realization procedures of science and technology value of industrial heritage are presented. Chapter six, the full text content is summarized.This thesis discusses scientific-technological value and realization mechanism of industrial heritage protection and utilization, has remarkable practical significance on the protection and utilization effectiveness of industrial heritage and considerable theoretical direction value on the theoretical study of approaches and effectiveness of scientific-technological communication expansion.
