Research On Fuzzy Design Of Space In Science And Technology Industrial Park

Science and Technology Industrial Park is an important supporting point of national economy,but there are some problems in the process of development,such as unreasonable functional zoning,inflexible space design,low degree of integration between park and city,single building space function and so on.As the main users of science and Technology Industrial Park,R & D office staff is the key factor to promote the sustainable development of science and Technology Industrial Park,so it is particularly important to create a comfortable working and living environment for them.The closed space with single function can’t meet the work and life needs of R & D office staff,and it urgently needs a multi-functional,open and shared composite space.At the same time,influenced by the times,many new design concepts have emerged,among which fuzzy design is one.Through the design of fuzzy space,it can meet the diverse behavior needs and space needs of users.On the one hand,it solves the problem that the park is separated from the city,on the other hand,it solves the contradiction between the diversity of R & D office staff demand and the certainty of space.Based on the graphic analysis of 66 cases of science and technology industry,this paper summarizes the fuzzy design strategy of science and technology industry park from two aspects of park and single building.The first chapter combs the research status of science and Technology Industrial Park and fuzziness.The second chapter analyzes the problems existing in the development of science and Technology Industrial Park,and expounds the application value of fuzzy design in science and Technology Industrial Park.The third chapter analyzes the influencing factors of fuzzy design of science and Technology Industrial Park,summarizes the expression forms of fuzzy design of science and Technology Industrial Park at the two levels of park and single building,and puts forward five principles of fuzzy design of science and Technology Industrial Park,including overall continuity,function mixing,space opening,ecological sharing and humanism.The fourth chapter analyzes 66 cases of science and Technology Industrial Park,summarizes the spatial layout of the park from three aspects of building group layout,traffic system and landscape system,and puts forward fuzzy design strategies from three aspects of park boundary space,park function layout and park path.The fifth chapter analyzes the design of R & D office buildings from four aspects of building form,building material,function organization mode and traffic organization mode,and puts forward the fuzzy design strategy of single building from three aspects of building interface,building function space and building traffic space.In the sixth chapter,the fuzzy practical design of a science and Technology Industrial Park is carried out as the practical test of the research results.Finally,it is the research conclusion of fuzzy design of science and Technology Industrial Park.The fuzzy design concept of science and Technology Industrial Park proposed in this paper is a supplement to the theory of science and Technology Industrial Park Planning and construction,and provides a new idea for the current planning and construction of science and Technology Industrial Park.
