Since the reform and opening up,China has vigorously promoted the construction of the science and technology industrial park.After decades of development,various sizes of science and technology industrial parks are all over the country.Among them,the medium and small science and technology industrial parks,which are managed independently by fixed enterprises or management institutions,are the most common.In this paper,based on the actual project design project of Nanjing Minde science and technology industrial park as a case,taking the traffic organization design as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes and studies the type of traffic organization design of the small science and technology industrial park located on the slope and the trend of development under the new situation.Influenced by factors such as scale,topographic features and usage characteristics,the traffic organization design of small slope science and technology industrial park shows its own particularity.The early small slope science and technology industrial park generally rely on the ground to organize traffic in the park.With the continuous development of the social economy,people's private car ownership continues to increase,the increasing traffic volume and parking demand force the park to consider the use of some underground space to solve the parking problem.At the same time,the change of slope land is difficult to carry out smoothly.The traffic organization design of Nanjing Ming science and technology industrial park has strengthened the use of underground space,transferred some ground traffic to the underground,and produced a new mode of traffic organization.Through the analysis and study of the related cases,this paper sums up the three design patterns of the traffic organization of the small slope science and technology industrial park and their respective characteristics and adaptation,and puts forward a useful discussion on the traffic organization mode of the small slope land science and technology industrial park.The full text consists of five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,the researchmethods and the research content and framework.The second chapter combs the development and type of the science and technology industrial park,expounds the concept,functional composition and type division of the small slope land science and technology industrial park,and analyses the influencing factors of its traffic organization.Finally,it introduces the general situation of Mingde science and technology industrial park and puts forward the problems faced by traffic organization.In the third chapter,according to the study of the previous and the case,the third chapter summarizes the design pattern of the traffic organization of the three kinds of small slope land science and technology industrial parks,and provides the theoretical support for the latter part of the project practice;The fourth chapter analyzes and studies the basic situation of the project,choose the "stereoscopic vehicle traffic organization model" to design the traffic of the Mingde science and technology industrial park.The design patterns and methods summarized in the last article are demonstrated in practice.The fifth chapter summarizes the full text,and looks forward to the follow-up research.
