| With the vigorous promotion of the national innovation policy of “mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation” in China in recent years,it has greatly promoted the upsurge of domestic innovation,and a large number of science and technology innovation small and medium-sized enterprises have emerged.Scientific and technological innovation has become a vital strategic development direction in China,and small and medium-sized high-tech company have also become an important force in achieving the national “encourage startups and innovation” plan.As a key support of the state,science and technology innovation SMEs have always been failed to get rid of a serious problem-financing difficulties.Due to the “asset-light and research and development-heavy" of science and technology-based SMEs and the uncertain market prospects,commercial banks often face greater risks and information asymmetry when responding to the financing needs.Commercial banks are also facing problems such as the excessive cost of risk management cost for loans of science and technology innovation enterprises,the lag in the construction of bank professionals,and the backward risk management system.To this end,financial institutions need to actively innovate their own risk management models and improve the risk management evaluation system.On the basis of effectively controlling the loan risks of science and technology innovation SMEs,we can further contribute to the development and growth of science and technology banks.Industrial Bank is in a period of strategic transformation in which its business objectives are inclined to science and technology innovation enterprises,and the risk management system and measures for science and technology innovation enterprises are being improved.This thesis selects the P Company’s science and technology innovation loan financing project as a research sample.Through the analysis of the uniqueness of the P company’s loan project,the WBS method is used to decompose the implementation process of the P company’s science and technology innovation loan project,the risk management framework of the P company’s loan project is established.Then,the credit risk,market risk and other risk sources and the degree of impact of the P company’s loan project are identified and analyzed in turn by using the expert prediction method.The nine-level scale method and the analytic hierarchy method were used to assess the credit risk,market risk and operational risk of the P company’s loan projects,and then risk management strategies such as risk transfer and diversification were made for the credit risk,market risk and operational risk based on the risk identification results.Finally,according to the aforementioned risk management strategies,the credit risk,market risk and operational risk of the P company’s loan projects were proposed.Risk management is the foundation of the development of commercial banks,and through the establishment of a risk management system suitable for the characteristics of science and technology innovation enterprises,it can greatly enhance market competitiveness and improve the safety and management level of commercial banks’ loan funds.Doing a good job in risk management of science and technology innovation enterprises is not only in line with the national policy orientation,but also in line with the needs of commercial banks’ own interests.It is hoped that through this thesis,the actual cases of risk management of science and technology innovation enterprises can provide a reference for commercial banks in the risk management of loan projects facing science and technology innovation SMEs. |
