In recent decades, constantly improve the level of industry of our country, thenational economy maintained a high growth rate, people’s living standard andawareness of the environment has a greater progress, especially, people with their ownwork environment requirements are also more stringent. In the south of China,especially the high humidity region near the coast, there are many industrial plants.Many of these factories and workshops in the summer are still using natural ormechanical ventilation to reduce the interior temperature. It concerns not only ourcountry relevant policy mismatch, but also greatly reduces the labor worker’senthusiasm and labor productivity. Therefore, more and more industrial plantselection and installation of ventilation cooling system for workshop internaltemperature, improve the working environment of workers. It has become the maincontent of engineering design and research for different types of plants, selectingsuitable, economic and can meet the requirements of labor workers to environmentaldemands ventilation cooling system.This article take the some finishing workshop of Jiangyin city in Jiangsuprovince as an example, has carried on the mechanical refrigeration, directevaporative cooling, indirect and direct two stage evaporative cooling andevaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration four kinds of ventilation and coolingsystem design, equipment selection and drawing, and the energy efficiency ratio,the initial investment, the operation cost,energy consumption and economy ofanalysis and comparison. Derive: indirect and direct two stage evaporative coolingventilation system energy consumption, operation cost lowest, most economical, inhigh humidity areas, the workshop only larger heat industrial plant, to achieve thesame requirements of indoor temperature and humidity, so in this design should bepreferred in this way. When the evaporation cooling section of the burden of coolingload is small, it has less influence on the mechanical refrigeration equipment installedcapacity and it is almost equal, in high humidity areas for evaporative cooling andmechanical refrigeration ventilation cooling system, therefore does not recommendthe use of this combination. This paper presents the application of indirect and direct two stage evaporativecooling and supplying wind combined ventilation cooling system, and gives aconcrete design calculation, selection, drawing and energy consumption andeconomic analysis for the workers are relatively concentrated, working positioncompared to fixed specific workshop. Through direct and indirect two stageevaporative cooling ventilation cooling system, the energy saving around75.1%; theinitial investment to save around77.1%; operating cost savings of about74.1%, withnet present value analysis shows its economy is much better than the latter. In general,task air supply air outlet from the station area are close, the evaporative coolingsystem of the air temperature is higher, so as not to station area caused by largetemperature gradient, thermal comfort is better.Through this research, it provides a reference, to high humidity region of thisclass contains only the larger waste heat industrial workshop do ventilation coolingsystem design, but also it provide a more specific cases for the evaporative coolingtechnology in high humidity areas of industrial workshop do ventilation coolingsystem designed and provides a reference, in the industrial area the application.
