As the large one of the building energy consumption,air conditioning energy consumption has a huge saving space.In the traditional centralized air-conditioning as a high energy-consuming equipment, the initial investment costs, operating costs, equipment maintenance and updating costs rising, results in the use of cost increasing every year,causes great waste of energy.Evaporative cooling technology is the use of renewable energy in the natural wet to dry air, the use of outdoor air dry bulb temperature and dew point temperature difference,water and air through the heat and moisture exchange between the air temperature to reduce an environmental, economic cooling method. It is the medium of water, thus avoiding damage to the environment, ventilation and cooling air conditioning and evaporative cooling structure is relatively simple, relatively low investment costs, it is only the fan and pump operation, reducing operating costs, while reducing energy consumption.The equipment is lied in industrial sites that has few staff in, indoor equipment is run year round, indoor heat is generated by more than a constant,that is, the indoor temperature that needs evaporative cooling ventilation and cooling systems to achieve to constant. And a large number of devices run without interruption throughout the year, brings heat over a larger interior, and leads to the higher indoor temperature, if not timely remove this part of the heat, the normal operation of the indoor unit will cause a great impact. These places just for the equipment needed to run its normal temperature, so the required temperature is generally higher than the indoor air-conditioned comfort of the temperature requirements, if uses the traditional mechanical refrigeration, although can achieve a lower supply air temperature, but also causes high energy waste.Evaporative cooling ventilation and cooling air conditioning will not only provide equipment required for normal operation of the temperature and humidity, but also to achieve energy savings.In this paper under the big social context of energy saving,used to eliminate industrial waste heat to reduce air conditioning energy consumption as the basic starting point,from the system works of evaporative cooling system,analyses the applicability of its control strategy and operation,and details study of engineering applications,under the premise of defined efficiency in the indirect evaporative cooling section and the direct section, and requirements of indoor temperature,the design calculations of a direct evaporative cooling ventilation and cooling system, indirect-direct evaporative cooling and mechanical ventilation, refrigeration and cooling systems with complex ventilation and evaporative cooling system.This paper first introduces the existing design and calculation methods and problem of evaporative cooling ventilation and cooling system.According to the features of industrial sites interior requirements, analyses the problem and limitation of this methods that are applied to eliminate waste heat in industrial places,proposes the correct design methods that should be under the define efficiency.Then details the advantages and applicability of evaporative cooling and air cooling system to eliminate of waste heat and sensible heat in industrial sites, and more detail design and calculation factors in the effect of ventilation and evaporative cooling in the elimination of industrial waste heat. And introduces the applications and applicability of evaporative cooling technology in comfort air conditioning.Analyses the broad prospect and good cooling effects of evaporative cooling ventilation and cooling system that is applicated in industrial places of dry areas.In the middle and high humidity areas,because of the small differences between outdoor dry bulb and wet bulb temperature, air enthalpy is large,the direct evaporative cooling ventilation cooling system can not satisfy the indoor requirements,in these areas indirect-direct evaporative cooling and ventilation cooling system should be applicant,at the base of analysis of applicability proposes the divided district of this system, can be applied directly into the direct evaporative cooling ventilation and cooling systems, dry area and require the application of indirect-direct evaporative cooling ventilation and cooling system or other combination of ventilation cooling system of non-drying area.Then according to the characteristics of industrial waste heat,introduces design and calculation of direct evaporative cooling and ventilation cooling system in dry areas and indirect-direct evaporative cooling and ventilation cooling system in non-dry areas. Also analyses design and calculation of multi-stage evaporative cooling and ventilation cooling system or evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration cooling system with complex ventilation in some non-dry areas where indirect-direct evaporative cooling and ventilation cooling system can not satisfy the requirement of temperature and humidity.After introduces the design and calculation methods of evaporative cooling and ventilation cooling system,briefly introduces the equipment and duct layout of this system in industrial areas. |
