In this paper,we mainly talk about the research of evaporative cooling temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system.Firstly,through research,we sum up the forms of evaporative cooling fresh air unit,evaporative cooling water chiller and end equipment,and give a new definition of the forms of this system.Secondly,according to the existing nomal and standard,we obtain the cities which is belonged to dry areas,and the number of these cities is 92.In the dry area,the available form of evaporative cooling fresh air unit in each city is statistic,there are 14 cities with natural ventilation,21 cities with direct evaporative cooling fresh air units,60 cities with indirect evaporative cooling fresh air units,and 37 cities with indirect-direct evaporative cooling fresh air units.Analyzing the available forms of evaporative cooling chillers,there are 22 cities with direct evaporative cooling water chillers,63 in the cities with indirect-direct evaporative cooling water chillers,and 71 in the cities with three evaporative cooling water chillers.Testing the open-plate-dry system of complex building in a power plant,obtained that the average temperature drop of the riser in the first-layer is 6.8 ℃,the unit outlet temperature is about 20.5℃ and the unit average efficiency is about 97.6%.The average temperature drop of the riser in the four-layer evaporative cooling fresh air unit is 4℃,and the outlet temperature is about 20.5℃,the unit average efficiency is about 92.2%.The water temperature of evaporative cooling water chiller ranges between 17.2~18.4℃,and the unit water temperature meets the requirements of 15~21 ℃ high temperature cold water.The efficiency of the unit is from 105.7% to 113.3%,meeting the requirements of evaporative cooling water chiller unit efficiency which is generally between 105% to120%.The size of the vertical tube indirect evaporative cooler module of evaporative cooling water chiller in a project is 600 × 695 × 1500 mm,the pads parameter is 19.4m3,the V-shape pads is 2500 × 2500 × 1500 mm,the rectangle pads is 2500 × 2500 × 2400 mm.Make a prototype,testing the efficiency of the vertical tube,analyzing the effects ofworking/product air flow ratio,circulating water volume and water uniformity. |
