| The problem of ventilation and cooling of large space building has been concerned for a long time. Because it has a large volume, the amount of the quantity of the fresh air needed for ventilation and the cold energy for the air cooling is very big.It is the same with ventilation system for lowering room temperature. If you want to satisfies the body comfortable degree and the environmental conditions for the operation of indoor processes, energy consumption is very obvious.Evaporative cooling technology is a kind of low energy consumption ventilation cooling technology,which is green and non-pollution.Evaporative cooling equipment takes away the excess heat by evaporation., it not only has low energy consumption,but also has less pollution of the atmosphere with respect to mechanical refrigeration.Then compared with the ordinary natural ventilation, it is highly efficient and controllable.In the summer, the indoor thermal environment parameters were collected through a number of continuous measurement of a certain incubation workshop in Xi’an,which were used to analyze the thermal physical properties of the workshop.Because the average indoor temperature is higher than the temperature of envelope and also higher than the outdoor temperature,the indoor air is exothermic. With the change of the solar radiation, the glass roof exposures heat and the other walls are the heat sink,.The distribution of temperature in the workshop is uneven. The temperature of the south glass roof is higher than that of the north roof. Indoor thermal environment condition affects the healthy and the work efficiency of workers seriously.Indoor environment can not meet the requirements any more.It is the time to improve the ventilation cooling method in the incubator workshop.The numerical simulation model of the workshop builded by the CFD simulation software was tested and verified by using the measured data as the basis.By changing boundary conditions and adjusting the calculation formula, the simulation result was obtained which is similar with the measured results. It is proved that the model can beused for the analysis and prediction of the thermal environment of the incubator workshop.By arrange evaporative cooling equipments in the workshop which has passed the verification and simulate the temperature field and velocity field,the thermal environment of the workshop installing evaporative cooling equipments was predictable. Through using the CFD simulation to optimize the design., it can be seen from the analysis of the scheme and the simulation results that when 4 equipments named AJL60-FH100 A installed in the east wall, ventilation cooling effect is best. To provide a theoretical basis for future research on the method of ventilation and cooling in large space buildings. |
