Study On Overall Design Of Rreconstruction And Extension At County General Hospitals In Mountain Area

With the urban-rural integration in China and the latest health care reform，theconstruction of county general hospital become an important direction of the health planin China. Renovation and expansion is the main way to build a modern hospital.A largenumber of county general hospitals in mountain area are planned to be expandedandoverall update. Butin view of the current projectswhich have been implemented,architects are in such a lack of general understanding that the result is not ideal.The overall design is an important part of the hospital design.Through combing thehost planning conditionssystematically, overall design establish the macro perspectivefor architectural design. At present, the basic theory for the overall design of hospitalbuildings have in-depth studied. The main focus is in the new hospital architecturemodeling aspect which is idealized. Research for renovation and expansion designstrategy of hospitalon which there are a lot of experience summarizedhas also beenwidely,but trend to large city general hospital. Applied research for renovation andexpansion of county general hospitals in mountain area is lacking. So from theperspective of overall design,I hope the points in this essay can provided some usefulsuggestions on this aspect.Firstly, through carding the new building requirements and their developmentstatus of county general hospital in mountain area, and analyzing of the factors in therenovation and expansion, the basic contradiction is clear between the hospitalconstruction scalewith the lack of construction land. Then based on comparativeanalysis with specific cases, the particularity of renovation and expansion of the overalldesign on county general hospital in mountain area is identified. So the macroscopicunderstanding of the overall design of renovation and expansion on county generalhospital in mountain area is established in this essay that the overall design is to achievehumane optimization of medical environment through integration and sharing ofhospital function and overall coordination with built environment, based onthe hospital’sown growth law.Then,based on the macroscopic and combining research results, fromthe aspects of hospital district space and hospital internal space, appropriate targetedoverall design strategies for county general hospital in mountain area are proposed.
