Research On Optimal Design Of County General Hospital Buildings In Western China Under The Age Of Artificial Intelligence

In recent years,with the advancement of Computing Power,Data Analysis and Algorithm Models,humans have entered “The Age of Artificial Intelligence”.Artificial Intelligence technology has developed rapidly in the medical and health field,especially during the New Coronary Pneumonia(COVID-19)epidemic in early 2020.Artificial Intelligence-assisted diagnosis and intelligent medical robots have played an important role in epidemic prevention and control.At present,China’s medical and health resources have problems of uneven distribution and uneven development,and the capacity of medical and health services cannot meet the growing health needs of the people.On the one hand,due to the aging of the population and the spread of chronic diseases and epidemics,the demand for medical treatment has surged;on the other hand,the county-level and grass-roots medical and health institutions that serve the majority of the people lack high-quality medical and health resources,and doctors have insufficient medical care.These conditions are particularly serious in the economically underdeveloped areas of western China.The " New infrastructure construction " with artificial intelligence as one of the core contents will vigorously promote the development of the "AI + Medicine" industry,sink more high-quality medical resources to the grassroots,promote the rapid development of the medical and health industry,and help the construction of "Healthy China".With the promotion of the reform of the national medical and health system and the support of relevant policy funds,county-level general hospitals have ushered in a major breakthrough and entered a period of comprehensive construction.Therefore,this article takes county-level general hospitals in the western region of my country as the research object,and discusses how to optimize the design of county-level general hospitals to meet the needs of the development of the artificial intelligence era and meet the requirements for the continuous upgrade and update of medical technology equipment.This has important practical significance for improving the level of medical services in county-level general hospitals in western China and improving the efficiency of the use of medical space.First,understand the operation mechanism and functional positioning of county-level general hospitals from a relatively macro perspective,sort out and summarize the problems in the relevant construction standards and design specifications of county-level general hospitals,and fully tap the medical treatment that has been more mature and applied to county-level general hospitals Technical equipment to summarize the needs of medical staff and family members of patients in the hospital building space.Secondly,ten county-level general hospitals in western my country were selected,using field surveys and interview questionnaires.Investigate and analyze the current status of hospital construction and the use of existing medical technology equipment.Grasp the cognition and evaluation of medical staff and family members of patients on the continuous innovation of medical technology equipment.Third,analyze the changes in medical technology innovation to the work of medical staff and patients’ medical treatment process.Discuss how the outpatient and emergency department,medical technology department,logistics support department and public waiting room in the background of artificial intelligence have changed.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,the key spaces of the outpatient and emergency departments,medical technology departments and operating rooms of the county-level general hospital were optimized.And summarize the optimization design strategies of some functional spaces in the county-level general hospital buildings in the western region of my country in the era of artificial intelligence,with a view to adapting to the era of artificial intelligence better and more efficiently.
