With the knowledge economy and information society background,the hospital buildings in China Is experiencing the three changes:economic system,medical pattern and technological revolution at the turn of century.The medicine is changing from the biomedical model to biological psychological one social overall medical model transformation.At this time, medical institutions at county levels which in cities and towns all over the country is an indispensable part of the medical network.Shouldering the important tasks for the medical, scientific research and teaching tasks. Therefore, the county hospital design is reasonable,compatibility of the scale of construction with actual demand is particularly important.. Inpatient Building design is very important in the design of the whole hospital, it’s directly influence the efficiency of hospital conditions and efficiency of health care system. The medical environment design, will have important influence in the treatment and the course of convalescence.Therefore, inpatient building design is very important for improve the efficiency of medical and health economy and Saving the cost of health care.This thesis attempts to make summarize through the existing theory and actual project engineering;discussion of the scale of the hospital,the environmental adaptability, and the needs of users, find out existing problems in the inpatient building design and the solution. Trying to come to the conclusion that a more ecological, more reasonable, orderly and humanized design scheme, for the use of hospital groups create a build which is scientific, comfortable and sustainable development of medical environment.In the process of thesis writing and project design, the author did not only focus on the human nature and comfortable medical environment, but also take into account of the need of the actual situation,to weighed the advantages and disadvantages between them, trying to find a balance, in order to achieve various aspects have relatively positive effect.In the end of the thesis, to provide enough theories to instruct practice, to concrete embodiment to the relevant theoretical basis of the thesis through the actual project TengChong Xian Hospital Inpatient Building, trying to realize the goal that design of county-level hospitals and the actual conditions that meet the needs of target, provide some reference for future Inpatient Building.
