The Research For Design Of The Hospital Renovation And Expansion In Tieling County

Medical Buildings are the most unique and complex in civil buildings. Medical Buildings have many departments and sections, these departments must meet the functional requirements of the various sections of the room, and a variety of organizational elements intertwined together constitute the unique and complex characteristics of the medical building. Along with the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid progress of the times, the medical technology industry develop significantly, which requires Medical Buildings must constantly adjust and change to meet the functional requirements, while at the same time the Medical Buildings is not just to meet the functional aspects, user-friendly design also related to the patient’s physical health and mental health. It is the complexity and particularity of the medical building different from other civil construction, formed its own unique and important field of design.In the summer of2011, during the internship period I had the honor to participate in Tieling County Hospital expansion project of the entire process, from pre-program to post-construction plans. Taking this opportunity, I conducted a more in-depth study of medical buildings and the renovation and expansion of the medical building, and found the inadequacies of the program by studying, then advanced it. During the study period, I made a field research of tertiary level hospitals in Shenyang City, and get a lot of picture There are fourteen hospitals with reference value. Though the investgation,I found Shenyang Weikang Hospital a certain reference value, the standard of the building is the top three hospitals in construction, but it is not.So the essence of this thesisfor reference objects are fifteen hospitals.By studying the medical building renovation and expansion of the overall layout, the monomer internal function partitions, the spatial form and the traffic flow lines, we combined the theoretical research with the actual situation of tertiary level hospitals in Shenyang City at this stage, summarizing the worth place of the more advanced hospitals and combining the Tieling County Hospital renovation and expansion project through theoretical. There is a timing characteristics of this papers at the process of writing Derived from the project, I started to know the medical building and to study design theory. Then,I made the practical projects based on it. After the establishment of the thesis topic, I made a further research of the theory of the medical building and practical projects to be supplemented by in the course of the study, and in the meantime, concerned about the construction site very much. In the course of the study, I found that the shortcomings of the original program, modified and optimized it, and gave better suggestion of revised design to the clients in the possible situation.The middle three chapters are side-by-side relationship, and the last chapter is a process of sublimation. Under the premise of meeting the requirements, original program is optimized by studying the hommization.It is the purpose that studying the related research, and strive to make a more rational design through rigorous theoretical study, and give an informative construction case to the designers of medical buildings. In order to avoid just on paper of the theory,we closely combine theory and practice, and made a practical exploration for the renovation and expansion of domestic medical building.
