FS GAS CRM Project Risk Management Research

With the rapid development of national economy and the country’s west-east gas projectdevelopment, more and more cities have established a city gas facilities to achieve a gaspipeline. Simultaneously with the increase in urban development and population density, theuse of piped gas customers, more and more customers are more and more diversity. Improvecustomer service quality, enhance customer satisfaction has become a pipeline gas supplycompanies primary task. In this paper, FS CRM project as a carrier gas to study how theproject risk identification, assessment and response in the implementation process.First, the paper introduced the FS Gas CRM projects, and then analyzes the internal andexternal environment of the project, after the panel of experts to identify project risks. Theidentified risk factors were analyzed and classified, to arrive at the main risks affecting theproject: technical risk, schedule risk, quality, risk, security risk, risk communication. Finallysorted out the list of risks of the project.Then, this paper risk list, determine the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod combined with the project risk evaluation. Analytic Hierarchy list of risk factors in avariety of risk weights calculated the weight of the sort.Finally, utilization of various avoidance, transfer, mitigation, acceptance and other riskcontrol measures, the formation of positive measures to make the disposal of increasinglysophisticated methods of risk.Practice shows that, for the effective implementation of CRM projects FS gas issignificant project risk management through the above process. In addition, FS gas CRMproject risk management research will also have a good reference and the reference value forthe risk management of similar CRM projects.
