The Construction Of Reliability Engineering And Quality Management Platform In Coal Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Coal equipment is an important part of mine production, which will not only determine the economic benefits of enterprises and society, but also have a great effect to the lives of millions of mine workers. For a long time, due to the limit of production, management and technology, there is a great gap between the coal equipment at home and abroad in the life and reliability, which has restricted the development of the domestic coal equipment manufacturing industry deeply. Therefore, it is necessary to analysis the production,management and technology comprehensively, to reform and upgrade those coal equipment manufacturing enterprises. Only in this way, can the improvement of reliability of coal equipment be achieved.Based on the theory of reliability engineering and quality management,firstly, the failure analysis has been conducted for middle pan, sprocket components and CST soft start device of scraper conveyor. According to the failure analysis, the working process of FTA,FMECA and FRACAS reliability analysis method has been studied in coal production; Secondly, qualitymanagement system and reliability engineering system have been established for coal equipment manufacturing enterprises, the implementation method and evaluation index system have been put forward at the same time; finally, Using the JAVA programming language, the JDK and Eclipse developing environment,combining mysql5.0 database, Reliability Engineering and Quality Management Platform of Coal Equipment Manufacturing Industry has been developed. In this platform, reliability modeling, forecasting and distributing module, fault tree dynamically generated module, FTA, FMECA and FRACAS reliability analysis modules, reliability data collection and process module, product information management module have been included.The construction of Reliability Engineering and Quality Management Platform of Coal Equipment Manufacturing Industry will not only contribute to the production process, provide a convenience to reliability analysis, achieve the communication between coal equipment manufacturing enterprises and users,but also give benefits to the collection and process for fault information, provide a certain reference for coal product improvement. At last, the goal of extending product life and improving reliability significantly can be achieved.
