Machine hoisting system is an important system of mine production system,and its running quality has a direct impact on mine production and safetymanagement. Due to the expansion of mine production scale and the rapiddevelopment of mechanization, the requirement of mine hoisting system’sperformance index becomes higher and higher.And the correlation of the systembecomes more and more close, the structure of the mine hoist becomes more andmore complicated. The important role of mine hoisting system in mineproduction determines which must have a higher level of reliability, to reducethe occurrence of the fault, protect the safety of staff’s life and property, promotebetter development of enterprises.Based on the theory of reliability engineering system, from the two point ofview of reliability design and reliability management, the reliability index andstandard of the mine hoisting system were analyzed and selected at first. ThenFMECA, FTA of the wire rope of mine hoist were proceeded and the reliabilityguarantee measures of the wire rope were put forward. Finally, the reliabilitymanagement measures were put forward to improve the system safety, providethe basis for safety analysis and management work of the production site.On the basis of the above analysis, the reliability engineering platform for mine hoistwas established, using C#as the programming language, SQL Server2008asthe database. The function of reliability information query, reliability predictionand FTAanalysis were implemented in the platform.The reliability engineering platform was built to ensure the informationexchange between the coal-mining equipment maker and the coal productionenterprise. And give the guarantee for the improvement of the reliability level ofmine hoist during the process of design, manufacture and use.
