Research On Quality Management Of Equipment Purchase In A Coal Chemical Enterprise

For the production of briquette chemical enterprises,if they want to stand out in the wave of transformation and upgrading,the production equipment replacement has become a key and essential step.As the production equipment determines the enterprise’s future production capacity,product quality and market competitiveness,then for the coal chemical enterprises,if there is no good quality management in equipment procurement management,it is difficult to engage in new coal chemical production.Therefore,how to ensure high quality management in equipment procurement management has become the top priority of enterprises.The upcoming A equipment procurement of coal chemical industry is a huge investment in equipment procurement project,and its lack of scientific quality management in equipment procurement management,which has a great influence to the enterprise production activities of enterprises to accelerate the upgrading of industry transition and may make the enterprises suffer great economic loss.Research method:In order to eliminate the hidden trouble and do a good job in the equipment procurement quality work,the paper analysis the status of quality management in equipment procurement management of A coal chemical enterprise and find out the main problems.This paper studied the theoretical knowledge and methods,which mainly includes PDCA circulation procurement quality management methods,the theory of life cycle cost and supplier quality management theory to solve the problem of quality management,purchasing existing enterprises,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and improvement scheme.This way not only has important significance to improve quality management level in equipment procurement of A enterprise,and this is of great significance for other coal chemical enterprises in the same industry to improve the procurement quality management level.Research contents:(1)The first part of this paper introduces the research background and significance of the paper,and summarizes the research status of quality management in equipment procurement at home and abroad.(2)The second part mainly introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge,including PDCA cycle procurement theory,life cycle cost theory and quality management of supplier theory.(3)The third part introduces the general situation and equipment procurement status of A coal chemical enterprises,and analyzes the problems existing in the equipment procurement,and finds out the main problems,such as the backward quality management concept,unscientific management process and methods,imperfect system and so on.(4)The fourth part,based on the above analysis and put forward corresponding countermeasures,the first is to establish a new concept of quality management in equipment procurement and improve the purchasing process and methods,followed by different cost during the process of procurement of equipment life cycle into account,the balance and quality.Then the paper evaluates the quality ability of suppliers of A coal chemical enterprises by analytic hierarchy process,and establishes the comprehensive evaluation system of suppliers.Finally,to enhance the management ability of equipment procurement contract from two aspects of improving the contract specialization management and strengthening the avoidance of procurement risk.The fifth part is the summary of the full text,draw conclusions,and look forward to the next research direction.
