Construction Of Reliability Engineering Platform For Chain Transmission System Of Scraper Conveyor

Under the impact of other energy sources,the proportion of coal in the world’s one-time energy consumption has declined in recent years,which hit a record low of the past ten years in 2016.However,in terms of market share,coal still maintains an important position.Considering the situation that oil and gas resources in our country is relatively scarce but coal resources is rich,coal still occupies the most important position in China’s energy consumption,and this state will maintain in a long time.Therefore,there is a great demand for coal equipment.As a kind of important equipment of coal mine production,the scraper conveyor’s reliable operation is particularly important.It’s also a present general trend to improve the reliability of chain transmission system,the most easy-to-failure part of scraper conveyor,and establish corresponding reliability management platform,and thus realize the informational and modern management of chain transmission system.Taking chain transmission system of scraper conveyor as the main research object,this paper collects a large amount fault data of chain transmission system of coal mines and scraper conveyor production enterprises to carry out an in-depth study on the chain transmission system’s fault mode,fault reason,fault effect and treatment measures.The paper fully analyses scraper conveyor chain transmission system based on the reliability analysis technology theory,and finds out the weak links of the chain transmission system and failure mode which harms most heavily by FTA,FMECA,FRACAS analysis respectively.At the same time,through in-depth research on a coal machine company in Shanxi,this easy analyses the current status of the quality management system of this company,and find out the shortcomings and deficiencies of the existing quality control system through the comparative study of reliability quality management system.Based on Java language and Eclipse platform development environment,using JDK as the development tool,and supported by tomcat server,the paper establishes the scraper conveyor chain drive system reliability engineering platform,combining with the MySQL database.Besides,the paper applies the platform to the reliability management of scraper conveyor chain drive system of the coal machine company in Shanxi.It’s believed that the platform will play a great role for the improvement of reliability of the company’s products and reliability management of enterprises.
