The Research On Application Of Reliability Centered Equipment Maintenance System In T Company

Production equipments play an important role in the process of expanding production capacity and improving the quality in company.The equipment management is becoming more and more important for enterprises.The pursuit of quality and output in production increased the purchase of advanced equipment and technology applications from domestic and foreign companies.The following situation is that the consequence and impact of equipment failure is also growing.Equipment maintenance and management has become the focus of enterprise management and the traditional equipment maintenance system has not adapted to the requirements of modern equipment.At present there are some problems in the equipment management in Coking Plant in T Company: the traditional equipment maintenance system called Terminated Inspection and Periodical Repairing did not get strict and effective implementation and the contribution value of equipment inspection is low.Many equipments have been out of maintenance or less of maintenance.In recent years the introduction of TPM management system became a mere formality and had no supporting in the equipment maintenance.Maintenance strategy is not very good matching equipment maintenance needs and the economy and reliability of the equipments are difficult to achieve a reasonable allocation.The thesis is aimed at solving the practical problems in the equipment management in Coking Plant of T Company.The new method combine the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to form a reliability based maintenance system for coke oven machine.This thesis firstly introduces coke oven equipment,the problems of management and the basis of RCM and its necessity.Then the method of RCM is applied to the maintenance of equipment to form a reliability based maintenance scheme.Finally,the author combined with the historical data to introduce the quantitative analysis to the equipment maintenance system,in order to improve the science and rationality of the new system.The operation reliability and safety of the coke oven equipment are improved by using the RCM analysis and the implementation of effective preventive maintenance.Through RCM analysis and maintenance practices,the equipment related personnel have a more clear understanding of the maintenance of the coke oven equipment.While ensuring the reliability and safety of the equipment,the new maintenance mode can also reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment by reasonable use of maintenance resources.
