| Hydraulic support is one of the most important equipment in fully mechanized coal face,which plays an important role in controlling the mine pressure and maintaining the working space.For a long time,due to technical and conceptual backwardness,in our country,there was lack of research on reliability of hydraulic support,which restricted the progress of technology support manufacturers to a great extent,and affected the safety and efficiency of coal mine,therefore,it was necessary to study the reliability of hydraulic support from the aspects of design,manufacture,analysis and management,and then applying the theory to the manufacturer and the use unit with scientific and reasonable tools,so as to improve the reliability of the hydraulic support.This paper is based on the theory of reliability engineering,firstly,the structure and working principle of the hydraulic support ware introduced,the reliability model of two levels was established by system and unit,and the reliability analysis is carried out by FMECA,FTA and FRACAS;Secondly,the whole life cycle theory and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the life condition of hydraulic support ware used to guide the reliability management of the support,and gave the corresponding management measures;finally,adopt Java language,combined with MySQL database,used a variety of software technology,developed the hydraulic support platform of reliability engineering,the reliability analysis and management of the whole system into the platform,and through repeated testing and debugging to achieve accurate and stable operation of the platform.Construction of reliability engineering platform of hydraulic support,on the one hand,showed the research results of the reliability of hydraulic support;on the other hand,was conducive to the theory of manufacturing enterprises in the use of support,enterprise applications,to ensure the reliability of the hydraulic support of continuous improvement,there was a certain industry... |
