Study On Eco-construction Planning Of Island Town And Case Analysis

Along with the social economy development in our country, the economic growth mode rely on developing natural resources, and consuming high energy has brought the serious ecological problems. Eco-construction planning has become an effective means to advance economic and social development in the spatial layout, and an important way to promote economic development and environmental protection coordinately, and has also become the embodiment of sustainable development thought. As a special form of towns, island towns attract attentions from different investors, however, the environmental pressures of island towns are much higher than towns. Therefore it is highly necessary for island towns to have their own eco-construction planning.Based on the present situation of the ecological construction as the research core, aiming at the problems in eco-construction planning, combined with the characteristics of the new period, in reference to international advanced ideas and technology method, on the basis of establishing characteristic to fit the development of island economy in our country, the paper establishes a new method of eco-construction planning, and using the district eco-construction planning as an example for study. In this paper the main research contents include:(1) Research progress of ecological construction planning, involving many aspects, such as the connotation, methods and counter-measures of ecological construction planning.(2) Taking the ecological and economic management, sustainable development, systems ecology, city space structure theory and industrial layout and other related theories, technology and methods of ecological construction planning, and then to determine the method of ecological functional regionalization.(3) Taking Zhoushan Putuo District as an example, from the scope of planning and the planning period, the planning objectives and positioning, ecological zone construction index system of ecological environment of Putuo District, the function orientation and zoning, key construction area and main tasks, capacity building and security system six aspects developed implementation planning of Putuo District ecological construction plan.
