Construction Evaluation Of Ecological Civilization Town From Northern Hunan Province

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,especially China's "new industrialization" and "new city" strategy step by step,city construction has become the inevitable trend of social development in China.The rapid urbanization implementation,is accompanied by the huge change of the ecological environment,people's life style and the living environment is also facing great changes,build beautiful "landscape city" has been on the government,scholars and people's dreams,in order to achieve the harmony between man and nature,because the past only pay attention to city construction and ignore the ecological protection in the construction of the city,the city is bound to affect the health of the residents and the standard of living,therefore,pay attention to The construction of eco-environment city is the urgent matter for the coordinated development of regional economy,society and ecological environment.This paper takes Taojiang County stick town as the research object,on the basis of national ecological civilization construction index system of Taojiang County Township,with the status quo of ecological town,Taojiang County town of 2013-2015 compared with the year to create a national eco towns construction targets and analyzed,using AHP to calculate the weight of each index,the status of the construction of ecological civilization in Taojiang County stick town of Taojiang County fitting stick Town township ecological civilization harmony,put forward Taojiang County stick town next to the construction of ecological civilization villages the focus of the work,and puts forward some suggestions on the stick Town township ecological construction and sustainable development,the main results such as:1)stick town 2013-2015 ecological towns index there is a rising trend,the forest coverage index declined,other indexes showed an upward trend;the forest coverage rate decreased year by year,suggestions to protect the trees within the township,the prevention and control of deforestation,soil and water conservation,strengthen forest protection work in an orderly manner;2)stick town 2013-2015 Township ecological weights:the forest coverage rate of 0.067 and the use of clean energy,the number of residents 0.067 of the proportion of index weight is the maximum weight in the 21 indicators,so forest coverage and the use of clean energy,the number of residents proportion is the main influencing factors are the main factors affecting stick town ecological township to create work.3)stick town harmonious degree is 0.688 in 2013 in Taojiang County,for the high degree of harmony;harmonious degree is 0.791 in 2014,compared to 2014 increased by 0.103,maintained at a high level of harmony;harmonious degree is 0.885 in 2015,compared to 2014 increased by 0.094,reached a high degree of harmony.Harmony development level index the stick town in 3 years is steadily improving.
