Research On Ecological Planning Of Industry-Trade Town And Its Practice

With the repid development of economic in recent years, the amount and scale of industry-trade towns are continually increasing and the industrialization is significantly improved, resulting in environmental problems is becoming increasingly conspicuously. According to the investigation, the infrastructure construction lags behind economic development, the function layout is chaotic, and the extensive economy growth mode and increasing nonpoint source pollution of agricultural production seriously threaten the ecological environment and restrict the further development of industry-trade towns' economy.Based on the basic theory, formulation principle and technical route of urban ecological planning, the assessment methods of current situation, development of planning goal, evaluation of index system and functional layout methods of industryial trade towns are summarized in this paper. Taking the ecological construction of Cangnan Lingxi town as example, the ecological and environmental situation of Lingxi town was surveyed, the ecological construction goal proposed, then its feasibility also analyzed. In accordance with regional characteristic and ecological functional position of Lingxi town, the ecological functional districts were divided. Accord to the existing ecological environment problems, the key tasks and concrete countermeasures were proposed in fields of environmental pollution control,ecological agriculture, ecological human habits and ecological culture, ecological economic construction. The research results not only have good guide role for ecological construction of Cangnan Lingxi town, but also have important reference value for ecological planning of other industry-trade urban.
