Ecological Environment Planning Of Dongfu Countryside Of Jingyang District In Deyang City

The development of small town has important role in the fast development of national economy, however, as the construction and development of small town in our country, a series of enviromenta problem comes form. some development of small town follow the extensice economical growth way which is dispersed distribution. small scale, high energy consumption and a considerable proportion of industry that polluting heavily. which results in serious pollution to the environment. will bring oppressive pressure to ecological environment. How to guide the planning and construction of small town effectually, prevent the aggravation of small town’s ecological environment caused by town expands blindly, the government have already pay attention to it. The present of small town’s ecological environmental planing was based on situation hereinbefore. The study on method technology of small town’s ecological environmental planing was carried out with guidance of related theories in this paper. Taking Deyang city Jingyang area Donghu countryside as an example, as the foundation of the present environmental situation investigation and assessment, determined the index of regional environmental planning. conducted functional zoning and established the application of environmental planting to ecological environment of Donghu countryside. The major studies were as follows:(1) From the angle of ecology,according to the theory of environmental capacity, analysis the township environmental quality of Donghu countryside, summarizes that The development of environment restricting factors. provides the basis for make the ecological environment planning scheme. By choosing environmental quality subsystem.environmental pollution prevention and control subsystem.ecological protection and construction of the subsystems a total of21ecological factors on the evaluation. The results show that with the acceleration of urbanization in Donghu countryside and industrial development speed up. the urban environment pollution is serious. management difficult task. At the same time the non-point source pollution to the ecosystem also caused a lot of pressure.(2) Predict the elements on economic development and environmental pressure. including population, national economic development. industry development. pollutants. the ecological environment quality and land utilization, it can be seen, with the economic status to continue to ascend of Donghu countryside. the number of urban and rural pollutants significantly increased. the pressure increased which ecological environment of the pollution need to face.(3) based on the results of the forecast which In the area economic development and environmental pressure.using the way of the combination of qualitative and quantitative partition to division the envcironmental function. The environmental service function of Donghu countryside is divided into ecological agriculture and town economy function service area.Focus on the water environment management engineenring.atmospheriic environment treatment project,solid waste treatment works,sound environment treatment project.the countryside ecological environment construction project,and planning ecological environment construction of Donghu countryside in the five aspects.Paper from the viewpoint of ecology,by taking Donghu countryside as an example, analyzes the structure,function,characteristics of the ecological svstem of small towns. Clarify the ecological environment problems:existing in the construetion of the small towns. and their causes,thus revealing that the small town’s construction must adhere to the principles.that is the human and the nature harmonious coexistence.Then we call build developed ecological economy,good ecological environment.flourishing ecological culture. harmonious ecological social atmosphere.
