Based On The Design And Development Of Arcgis Server The Weihai Underground Pipeline Information Sharing Platform

Urban underground pipelines is the material base for a city's survival and development, it's a important part of a city's infrastructure, so it's often known as the "vascular", "nerve" and "lifeline" of a city. To collect, manage and utilize the underground pipeline archives materials completely, accurately, scientifically, and standardly, fully understand and master the pipeline data, and strictly enforce underground pipes information dynamic update system and file filing system, and maintain and safeguard urban lifeline to the normal is of far-reaching significance on a city's safety, economic development, social stability, civilization and progress.This thesis describes the design, development and application of underground comprehensive pipeline information sharing platform in Weihai City, realizes the management and dynamic update of urban underground pipelines, and guarantees the underground pipeline data presently and accurately. The main contents and innovative points of this perper are summarized as follows:(i) To ensure the quality of resources pipeline data, use Oracle relational database system, adopt an open designed to build spatial data, pay attention to the description and organization of building libraries spatial data and the spatial data, realize efficient storage and management of based terrain data,underground pipeline data, index data and multimedia data of Weihai City.(ii) Using service oriented architecture to organize platform system, select of ArcGIS Server software platform of ESRI company and large database system Oracle 11g as development platform, with advanced technology silverlight as web performance, close to users' needs to carry on the design, development completed underground comprehensive line information sharing platform of Weihai City, provide corresponding technical data support for different users.(iii) Actively explore comprehensive line information sharing and service mode of Weihai City, provide the relevant departments which need the underground pipeline data with open and sharing data services, realize the functions of managing, inquiring, calculating, outputing, analyzing, computer-aided designing, aided decision-making the relevant data of the underground pipeline, on the purpose to provide important data and information for making desicions for superior leadership, planning the urban and rural, constructing the key projects, preventing and mitigating urban disaster, reacting to emergencies.
