The rapid development of economy and trade in the world today, and in the fierce market environment, the top issue facing the enterprises is how to effectively promote the core competitiveness. Performance management can put the company’s strategy, resources, business and action to carry on the organic integration, increasingly important role in the enterprise development, effective performance management system can help employees improve work performance, in the position and salary adjustment, training design, career planning, and rewards and punishments, etc to establish archives and management, and provides reference for the enterprise human resources management decisions, make the enterprise employees in a fair, competitive and orderly working environment, good to improve work efficiency. Therefore, in order to guarantee the promotion enterprise’s core competitiveness, must establish a set of effective performance management system.Since2000, TJGW company has been developed continiously, there are many problems in the company performance management, such as the design of indicators is not scientific and the lack of effective communication, etc., has affected the company’s subsequent development. This article hopes to TJGW company performance management present situation investigation analysis, and through the use of key performance indicators, such as the balanced scorecard approach to TJGW company performance management system to carry on the design, so as to improve the employee’s job performance and achieve the further development of the enterprise.This article has carried on the brief introduction of performance management theory, points out the TJGW company performance management and analysis of existing problems and shortcomings in TJGW company performance management system design scheme and implementation steps of the proposed specific Suggestions. The full text is divided into six parts, of which the first chapter briefly introduces the research background, purpose and significance, research content and method presented in this paper.The second chapter states the relevant theories of performace management,which provide a theoretical foundation for designing and researching a performance management system to the TJGW Company. The third chapter analyses the problems existing in the performance management of TJGW company. Fourth chapter TJGW company performance management system design principle, key performance indicators, and the concrete design scheme of the performance management process. The fifth chapter is TJGW company performance management scheme to implement the security are proposed. The final chapter draws conclusions and provides insight into the lack of study in this area of administration.
