Performance Management is the key content of human resources management,it determined the human resources management levels of enterprises.This paper introduced the basis contents of performance management,its key features fundamental flow and methodology.According to analysis of current situation to GuiXi power plant,This text combined the characteristic of it,I joined the three methods(MBO,BSC and KPI) together to design the strategy-oriented performance management model that can be used,constructed a set of system of department performance management suitable for electricity power enterprise of GuiXi power plant.
