Along with China’s joining WTO and the economic globalization tide, our country’senterprises will face violent competitions. The nuclear competitiveness must becultivated for the enterprise in order to look after developing in the most fiercecompetition environment. Human resource is an important composition in enterprise, andit is the nuclear competitiveness for enterprise to win the others. As the core part ofhuman resource management, performance management is the one of key Factors to winthe core competence, and it is applied and noticed all over the world gradually.Hengshui Laobaigan Brewing limited company is facing the huge opportunity andchallenge at present. The low management level becomes the main bottleneck whichrestricting corporation’s growth when the company is expanding. This paper hasdiagnosed the present situation and existence questions in the performance managementof the company systematically and pointed out the flaw in the present managementsystem. This paper considers the corporation’s actual management conditions to redesigna set of performance management system which the company needs.First, it tells the research background, significance, domestic and foreign researchstatus, and clarifies the content and methods of this paper. Explanations of concepts andtheories involved and their special meanings here provide the basis and guidance for theother parts.Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the situation of performance management ofstaff and the existing problems, the causes why the problems come into being aredissected.Thirdly, on the basis of understanding the existing problems, the improvementprogram of employee performance management system is proposed, and the measures ofevery improvement segment are designed.Finally, this paper proposes several guarantee measures such as creating aorganization environment favoring performance management, establishing scientificevaluation indexes and methods, acquiring attention of leadership and support of all the people, paying attention to feedback and rational use of examination results for thesmooth implementation of performance management.
