With the establishment and improvement of China's socialist market economic mechanism. Baoti group Co. Ltd is carrying out it's reform constantly with the requirements of modern enterprise system. But the current system of recruit and use is not in line with the development and requirements of the situation, Meanwhile the examination and assessment performance system was still far from completion, the staff and works who have been examined is not adequate. All the defects will erode the competitiveness of the organization, hindering it's sustained development. So it is imperative to reform existing employee management system, and established a high power performance management mechanism.Performance management, as a core operation management tool which promotes a firm's executive ability, is the most significant way of improving operation performance. Performance management is also the key making the coordinate development of efficiency and effectiveness and the important security for modern enterprise running system. The modern performance management pays greater attention to the consistency of corporate strategy, performance management process monitoring and incentive and restrict system building. Also, it emphasizes people-oriented. Its ultimate aim is to create a double win situation for both enterprises and employees.This thesis looks at performance management from a corporate strategy aspect. Also, it analyses the performance management system of Baoji Titanium Industry Co., Ltd, dissects the existing problems, provides recommendation for further improvement and reconstructs the performance management system. Furthermore, it introduces the idea of Balanced Score Card management to Baoti group Co., Ltd.The reconstructed performance management system follows"three-four-five"principle, which presents three goals, four links and five key decisions. The three goals are strategy goal, management goal and development goal. The four links are performance planning, monitoring, evaluating and feeding back. The five key decisions are who, what, when, how and why to evaluate.Meanwhile, the thesis also stresses the feasibilities of reconstructed performance management.
