With the rapid development of economy in China, market competition is more and more fierce, and in fact the core of the competition is the human resources so that each enterprise longs for more elites and managers emphasize the training of elites. As we know, human resources play an important role in enterprises'manufacture and development, which can guarantee company's lasting competition and sustainable development. Performance management is the core of human resource management and one of the effective means in human resource management so that management of the company values it highly. However, there are still some problems in the performance management in Chinese enterprises. For example, many companies just carry on the traditional performance management. So the Chinese company's managements should pay more attention to learning the advanced theories performance management and set up the scientific and standard performance management systems, which can make sure the success in the competition. SX Constructive Ltd. Co is the company whose main businesses are real estate construction and services to the whole process of construction. However, there are some problems of performance management in the company. The study combined the theory of performance management and practical activities of SX Constructive Ltd. Co's performance management to find out the weakness and problems of SX Constructive Ltd. Co's performance management system. The new performance management system was designed for the company and application of performance management system in enterprises was discussed.The study includes six chapters. Chapter one briefly introduces the background, orientation, purpose, significance and structure of the present study. In chapter two, performance management's relevant studies and theories are reviewed and become the theory basis for redesign of performance management system of SX Constructive Ltd. Co. Chapter three analyzes the problems existing in performance management of SX Constructive Ltd. Co and finds the causes of these problems. Chapter four is about the concept of designing the performance management system for SX and how to put the concept into practice. Chapter five is devoted to summary and evaluation of the new performance management system designed for SX Constructive Ltd. Co. Last chapter is the conclusion that includes the review and summary of the study. In the study, the new performance management system is based on the SX Constructive Ltd. Co marketing strategies and when choosing index of performance management, BSC and KPI are mainly considered. By combing BSC with KPI, a new KPI system with the structure of BSC designed for SX is built up. However, the suggestion for the future study is to further improve the performance management system of SX Constructive Ltd. Co, and use the results of the performance management reasonably.
