Research On Fund Centralized Management Problems Of Z Enterprise Group

With increasingly expanded enterprise groups scale in China, numerous memberenterprises, complicated structure and lengthened management chain, management level ofgroup enterprises relatively lags behind. In addition to the rapid integration process ofworld economy, the influence of American subprime mortgage crisis on world economyand increasingly fierce competition in international and domestic market, the developmentof enterprise groups in China is faced with unprecedented challenges and tests. It is anarduous task for most of enterprise groups to strengthen management level of enterprisegroups in China, improve groups’ overall strength and go further in market with fiercecompetition. Fund is an enterprise’s “blood”, which is involved in the whole process of anenterprise’s operation and development. Keeping capital is equal to control an enterprise’slifeblood. Therefore, how to strengthen Funds Central Management is the key factor toimprove groups’ management level, enhance groups’ core competitiveness and win a placein fierce competition for groups.Centralized management of funds is a management innovation which meets thedevelopment requirements of enterprise groups and also an effective way to perfect fundsmanagement of enterprise groups in China. Based on specifying connotation and objective offunds central management of group enterprises, the paper introduces related theories andmodes of centralized management, systematically presents the contents of funds centralmanagement of the group enterprise Z, deeply analyzes the result achieved and the existingproblems resulted from settlement center mode adopted by funds central management of thegroup enterprise Z, raises a suggestion for improvement of construction of funds centralmanagement of the group enterprise Z, namely establishing the coexisting mode of settlecenterand financial company, and giving full play to thefunds’scaleeffect of groups.
