Exploratory Research On ZJJD Group's Strategically Oriented Funds Central Management Mode

With the continuous improvement and development of the modern market economy system,Chinese enterprises are full of vitality in the wave of reform and development.In particular,the emergence of large enterprise groups has played a huge role in promoting social and economic development and improved people's livelihood.Large enterprise groups often have the characteristics of wide area,different businesses and complex organizational structure,which put forward higher requirements for enterprise management ability.Financial management is the key of enterprise management and funds management is the top priority of financial management.In order to build up a set of effective and scientific management mode,which is also a focus of common concern and a difficulty of domestic enterprise to the present stage,enterprise group need to deal with the relationship between centralization and decentralization,fully arouse the enthusiasm of the member unit and overall economic benefits of group funds.Funds management is different among enterprises,with actual demand changing,it can be different at different stages even to the same enterprise.The key is scientific planning,implementing prior budget,in-process control and later evaluation according to enterprise strategy.Highlight enterprise strategy guidance in the funds management mode to direct enterprise funds management with enterprise strategy and promote enterprise strategy implementation with enterprise funds management.At first,through researching the related theory of enterprise funds management and enterprise strategy and studying the case of typical enterprise group,this paper demonstrates the positive effect and practical operability of the strategy oriented funds central management mode in upgrading enterprise group management and its positive practical significance in enterprise group's transformation of thinking mode and promotion of business development and realization of strategic transformation and enhance of the competitive advantage.With the summary of theoretical research and successful experience in centralized funds management of related units,taking ZJJD group as the object of empirical study,this paper conducts an analysis and research on how to build a strategically oriented funds central management mode in line with the actual needs of ZJJD group.For ZJJD group enterprise,nowadays,with the continuous heating up of enterprise reform,scientific management is the key to the realization of ZJJD group's strategic layout and target in the next stage of "13th five-year plan".As a direct reflection of the implementation of enterprise strategy in actual operation,capital management is of great importance to ZJJD group's enterprise management.Through a detailed analysis about the present situation of ZJJD group funds management,this paper research problems found in one by one and dig the root cause of the problems.On this basis,combining with the case and theory research results,this paper highly focus on how to construct a strategy oriented funds central management mode to meet the actual demand of the ZJJD group and discuss the innovation and practice methods of the important tache,such as the management concept,budget system,appraisal system,information platform and finally form the conception of ZJJD group's strategically oriented funds central management mode.The possible effects are also predicted and evaluated.This paper aims at guiding practice with theory and promoting reform with research and contributing to the management improvement of ZJJD group.Bringing a new perspective for theoretical research and provide reference value for enterprise groups with similar problems as well.
