Study On The Mode Of Centralized Anagement Of Funds In Enterprise Groups

Along with the economic development, a number of large enterprise groups grow fast in China. Through the capital link, The enterprise group company organize more complicated structure.Compared to the single enterprise, movement of capital within the group becomes more difficult to control and management. Through the centralized management of funds, capital management of realization of economies of scale and synergies, taking advantage of the enterprise group of enterprise groups are inherent conditions. Based on the current situation of enterprise group, taking into account the variety of financial centralized management mode, management layer can make the right choice, to rational allocation of capital, accelerate the speed of capital flows, lower capital costs and optimize the business processes of the group.This article first describes the research background, research contents and methods, then introduce of the centralized management of enterprise group of funds several main modes, characteristics and similarities of analysis and comparison of several models. Then it takes treasury management of BAIC group as a case. To analysis the group’s development history and status quo of financial management, effects on the management of funds, analysis of funds management in the problem. And analysis the reason why BAIC group choose the finance company to management it’s funds. Finally, according to impact on operation after the establishment of the BAIC group Finance company, the paper make some recommendations for future development.To study on centralized fund management of BAIC group, it provide a typical case for the management layers when they face cash management problems in the development of enterprise groups, both for the academic and practical significance.
