At present,China's enterprise groups have a total score company system,parent-child company system and multi-level legal person system and other organizational forms.Under the increasingly fierce competition in the market environment,whether an enterprise group can guarantee sufficient strain capacity and strong market competitiveness largely depends on the financial management level of the enterprise group.Financial management of the overall level of ascension can effectively increase the enterprise's core competitiveness,and how to effectively monitor the enterprise group capital operation,increase the yield of limited funds,improve enterprise group the service efficiency of funds in various units,to reduce the capital cost,avoid risk,is the important premise of our country's enterprise group,improve the management level.Based on this,enterprise groups should invest more time to study the appropriate mode of centralized capital management for their own development.The sinochem tianjin company studied in this paper has encountered some problems in the centralized management of funds,which led to the company encountering some forward resistance in the rapid business expansion.Based on this,this paper refers to the basic theory of centralized capital management of enterprise groups,combines the current status of centralized capital management of the company,and the company's business data and strategic adjustment performance in the past five years,and puts forward four aspects of the company's current problems.Analyze the above problems one by one from the perspective of centralized capital management,explore the causes behind the problems,and try to combine the above research,put forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.At the same time,the possible problems in centralized capital management of other enterprises in similar energy industries are suggested,and the countermeasures and Suggestions put forward in this paper are generalized and extended to have referential significance and enhance the value of this study.
